The Great Deception Of Babylon The Great

And after these things I saw another angel come 

down from heaven, having great power; and the 

earth was lightened with his glory. And he cried

 mightily with a strong voice, saying, Babylon the 

great is fallen, is fallen, and is become the habitation of devils, and the hold of every foul spirit, and a cage of every unclean and hateful bird.l For all nations have drunk of the wine of the wrath of her fornication, and the kings of the earth have committed fornication with her, and the merchants of the earth are waxed rich through the abundance of her delicacies. And I heard another 

voice from heaven, saying, Come out of her, 

my people, that ye be not partakers of her sins, 

and that ye receive not of her plagues. For her sins 

have reached unto heaven, and God hath remembered 

her iniquities. Reward her even as she rewarded you,

 and double unto her double according to her works: 

in the cup which she hath filled fill to her double. 

How much she hath glorified herself, and lived 

deliciously, so much torment and sorrow give her: 

for she saith in her heart, I sit a queen, and am no 

widow, and shall see no sorrow. Therefore shall her 

plagues come in one day, death, and mourning, 

and famine; and she shall be utterly burned with fire: 

for strong is the Lord God who judgeth her.

Revelation 18:1-8

     The destruction of Babylon is laid out before us so that we can see that God in His providence and dispensation determines to rid earth of this ungodly Babylon. God is now given to us a prediction of what is to come allowing us, those who are seeking the truth and to live as Authentic Christians, to leave false Christianity, and false religions and return to the One who saves, Jesus Christ, God in the flesh sitting now in heaven making intercession for you. Nations, that is, people of all nations, have followed after this whore Babylon, this beast of fornication and have committed fornication with her. Fornication is not just that two people commit unlawful sexual union with unmarried persons, but fornication means to be an adulterer and adultery is not just for those who practice or due unlawful intercourse, it also means idolatry. There are those who merchant Christianity for their own gain. Here is a list of such people that rob unsuspecting Christians and non-Christians: Their net worth: Creflo Dollar: $27 million: Benny Hinn: $40 million: Joel Osteen: $40 million, T.D. Jakes: $18 million: Paula and Randy White: $7.2 million: Billy Graham: 25 Million. The list goes on and on and these numbers do not account for their lush and lavish lifestyles, their million dollar jets, homes, and trust, and yearly incomes from several sources, and all the while people all over the world are suffering, most living on some $2.00 per day. Yes they do contribute something but not from their income, from their so-called Churches or foundations. They live like kings with growing worth, decked as in gold, and precious stones but when Jesus comes for His true Church all their worth and bubbles, their glitter and lifestyles will be destroyed along with all false religion. This prophesy John records is not just for secular people but include those who claim Christianity but are teaching a gospel that is not the Gospel. It is those claiming to be proclaiming to be a prophet, or an apostle, or to have God directly give to them a word live in a way that is not of Christ and the world sees this dichotomy of religious people who have private jets, mansions worth millions, and even to have a mobile home worth $100,00 for dogs, these men and women are defrauding millions of dollars from those who have come to believe their heresy and false teachings. 

     Let us take a moment to review Christianity. First Christianity began when new birth in Jesus Christ enter into the world by the death, resurrection, and ascension into heaven by Jesus Christ. Then Greek philosophy, especially that from Athens, caused Christianity to become a philosophy. Rome became a power and Christianity became an organization. After the fall of Rome Christianity in Europe became a culture. Now, and sadly now, Christianity has become a business. I wrote of those very wealthy outspoken evangelists, but even in small Churches pastors only preach to have a job. Remember Simon Magus? You should! Simon wanted to buy the supernatural and to have God's power and try to buy this from Peter. Peter rebuked Simon Magus for asking this and in time Simon Magus became known for His heresy. You, or anyone else, cannot buy God's power! Those men and women are following after Babylon the Great and teach false teaching and deceive many hiding in sheep clothing while all the time are ravaging wolves. 

     John tells us that we are not to be partakers of such men and women. If you, or me, or anyone else do not run from these the plagues of God will come upon all who are associated with Babylon the Great. God is great and His judgments are true and just and He has now and will execute His judgment when Jesus Christ returns for His faithful bride. Question: Are you a bride of Christ? 

Then the LORD answered Job

     out of the whirlwind, and said,

who is this that darkeneth counsel

    by words without knowledge?

Gird up now thy loins like a man;

     for I will demand of thee,

and answer thou Me. 

                 Job 38: 1-3

    

 Be deceived no more!
