I give thee charge in the sight of God,
who quickeneth all things, and before
Jesus Christ, who before Pontius Pilate
witnessed a good confession; that thou
keep this commandment without spot,
until the appearing of our Lord Jesus Christ;
which in His time He shall shew, who is the
blessed and only Potentate, the King of kings,
and Lord of lords; who only hath immortality,
dwelling in the light which no man can approach
unto; whom no man hath seen, nor can see;
to whom be honour and power everlasting.

1Timothy 6:13-16
Paul in addressing this letter to Timothy, a letter that is first and foremost for Timothy is also to be and was read before the congregation and letters such as these were sent to other congregations. Remember, Ephesus was just one city in the Galatia province that had other cities mentioned in the Bible: Derbe, Cappidocia, Lystra, and Pergamum, among others and Timothy would be in charge to see to it that the Gospel was spread and that the congregations would remain faithful to the Gospel. Paul was not giving suggestions, no, it was commandments and those commandments apply to all Authentic Christians today. If you are Authentic in your Christian Faith you will obey them. Christians are in a war to fight the good fight of faith because the enemy in every way possible will attempt to destroy your faith even fighting you within the Church. Heresy was always knocking at the door from the founding of the Church and even today is knocking at the door bringing a false gospel which is not the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Authentic Christian have a trust that they are expected from Jesus Christ, not just Paul for we do not follow a man, rather a charge to be spotless, unrebukable. Our conduct must manifest our Authentic Christian Faith or it is manifesting a faith that is not Authentic. This fight of the good faith delivered to Authentic Christian does not end until the return of Jesus Christ for His Church. This coming and appearing of Jesus Christ is certain and set forth as certain by Him, and by His resurrection and ascension into heaven telling us of His coming again for His bride. Jesus Christ is not come created being by God for this purpose, it is God Himself, the Second Person of the Godhead that has made this promise and God never forgets His promise and fulfills them in His time (vs. 15).
God is light! You cannot approach this Light! You cannot see this light! God is Light, and by Him, the world before the sun could be said to have light, and Jesus is said to be the Light of the world: "And the city had no need of the sun, neither of the moon, to shine in it; for the glory of God did lighten it, and the Lamb is the light thereof" (Revelation 21:23). This invisible God cannot be seen by the natural eye of man but He is revealed to us through His word and was displayed before man by Jesus Christ who displayed His glory as the Only Begotten Son of God sent by God, His Wisdom, to satisfy the debt owed to Him by man. No man would be or could be saved without God coming to do the work that no created creature could do or be assured to do for man is lost and death is his only future, that is, until Jesus Christ came and died to pay this debt owed to God and by the mercy and grace of God God applies this propitiation to His children. God has all the power, authority, and Jesus Christ as God/man, this hypostatic union, He too has all this power and authority. This debt satisfied, applied, not by anything man has done but simply by the mercy and grace of God is it applied and you know, and you will if you are an Authentic Christian that God has applied this saving grace to you; therefore, why will you not do what He has commanded? Are you afraid, have doubts, and even doubt the Bible as God's final word to His children? Do you believe in the return of Jesus and that God's children will live eternally with Him? If so, then this world cannot do anything to you for your eternal life is set in the will of God and nothing, no one, can take that from you. This is God, your God, manifest Him in your life for this is a love for God that no one can understand, or accept, but who cares, you are saved, kill me, harm me, I am dying in this flesh but alive in the Spirit of God, my soul is to be with God upon my death, therefore no man can do anything to me, or you. In time Jesus Christ will be manifested, but until He returns you can manifest Him now, in the present.
