I hope that your Fourth of July was a good one and a day to remember that our country is the greatest of all countries on the earth ever and the ony nation that comes close to this was the nation of Israel a theocracy. Even they had their problems and God had to chastise them for them and we too have our problems that need correcting or we too will have the chastisement of God on our heads. God is patient but do not think that is patience is permission. God inspired this to be written and it applied then and does so now: "If My people who are called by My name will humble themsleves and pray and seek My face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin and heal their land" (2Chorincles 7:14). The United States needs renewal, revival among those calling themselves Christian and it will not be done through the political process, even thought that is important. We need a vision for God will do the impossible for those who have a vision as to what He requires of His Children, His chosen ones. If there is to be a genuine revival, then for that to occurr a new birth of freedom in the United States must occur that will not happen until the United States returns to what and why and by whom this country was founded upon and that was freedom as outlined in the Bible and this by Christian men even from those who did not claim Christianity knew that if true freedom was to be had it must come by way of following the laws of God. Fourth of July is our day of celebration for what our founding fathers did for us, not a day for sales, or a day to not remember this fact, but a day of remembrance and a renewal of our committment to not allow this country to continue to follow in its evil ways: i.e., abortion, same sex marriage, the inclusion of homosexuals as another gender (it is not), and other sins of pornography now being promoted and shown on television, and in movies, and talk shows...etc... and we who know that Jesus is coming again to appear for the destruction of evil and to bring His bride home to Him, then we must act and act now, or suffer the chastisement of God. Do you know that He is righteous? If so, then do righteousness for by doing so you manifest your belief and your committment to Him.
John an apostle of love, not some type of love that is being taught in many Churches today, a love of inclusion, a love of diversity that is only a love of plurality. No, John speaks of the love of God and how we are to demonstrate that love in our lives. We must consider our faith and if need be done, change from the inside/out. John writes: "Behold, what manner of love the Father hath bestowed upon us, that we should be called the sons of God: therefore the world knoweth us not, because it knew Him not. Beloved, now are we the sons of God, and it doth not yet appear what we shall be: but we know that when He shall appear, we shall be like Him; for we shall see Him as He is. And every man that hath this hope in him purifieth himself, even as he is pure" (1John 3:1-3). Are you called, "a son of God?" Do you have this hope in you? Is is a desire or it is real to you that your faith even in the unseen is genuine because you have come to know Him? This knowledge of Him comes not by some special revelation outside of Scripture as is taught in the Pentecostal and Charismatic type churches. No, the revelation for us is to be found only in Scripture and the Holy Spirit will ignite a fire in your soul when you simply read Scripture, not anything other that how your are to purify your soul. We measure this purity by the One who is pure, Jesus Christ. Have you come to believe that you are a sinner and in need of a Savior? If not then your Christianity may not be real. Is Jesus your personal Savior, not just the Savior, but is your personal Savior? If not then you should get down on your knees and pray, pray for forgiveness and then pray for that vision that comes to you from God by pray and reading, studying His word. Do you want to be an Authentic Christian with Authentic Christian Faith? It is free! Freely given to you who ask God to forgive you and while from God it is free, it will cost you everything you hold dear more than your faith and love in Him. It doesn't matter! You are not taking to heaven anything fromt this earth and in time no one will remember that you were on this earth. So, live now for God.
